I agree that pro athletes are way over-paid. But who is to blame. Is it the public that willingly pays the prices for tickets and other assorted memorabilia? Or is it just the society that we live in where we are willing to pay our entertainers more than those in human services who actually have an impact on peoples day to day lives??
